Products must be returned in their original boxes and in the same condition as originally shipped (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Music, and Video products).
Fragrances and Skincare products are not eligible for returns due to health reasons. Please make your choices carefully.
Software, Audio Books, CDs, Tapes, DVDs and any other soft media may be exchanged with the same title only.
Items not returned in original condition will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% or $4.95 per item which ever is higher.
Orders shipped via Economy Saver Shipping will be assessed original shipping and handling fees that were waived while shipping the order.
Items damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is not refunded.
Items must be shipped insured by a trackable courier. For example USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Any package that has not been received by INKLEAF Web Store and tracking information cannot be provided by the customer will solely be your responsibility. We do not accept walk-in returns.
In most cases your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the package.
INKLEAF Web Store will refund the purchase price of returned items less restocking fees, subject to the conditions outlined above. Shipping, handling and insurance charges will not be refunded.
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be applied to your Inkleaf account as an in-store credit and can be used towards a future purchase.
Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately to the carrier and you must request an RMA within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item. We will make every effort to ship a replacement to you as soon as we receive the return.
RMA # are valid for 7 days after they are issued. Your return must be received within 14 days after requesting an RMA.

All returns must be shipped. The above location is not a physical store and we do not accept walk-in returns at the above location. Returns shipped to the above address are routed to the appropriate warehouse for inspection and processing.
