Order Status & Tracking Shipments

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order information. If you notice any errors with your order you must notify us immediately. We are unable to stop, cancel or change order information once the status has changed to 'In Warehouse'.

Below is a list of order statuses that most orders go through:
Order Received:
Your order has been received by us and is in its initial stages of verification. You may cancel or change your order. If you would like to add or remove items, please email us and we can make adjustments. PayPal customers, please note that we cannot adjust, cancel or refund your orders. 
In Warehouse:
Your order is currently processing in the warehouse and is waiting to be fulfilled. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled anymore.
Shipped:
Your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers for your order are emailed to you and are also available by logging onto your account and viewing your order history.
Order Completed:
Your order has been completed and closed.

Sometimes we may require more information in order to complete your order. In such case, you will receive an email requesting for information and you must reply as soon as possible.

Tracking Shipments
You may track your shipments by logging on to FedEx, UPS or USPS based on the tracking information provided to you in your email. Tracking information about your orders is also available by logging on to your account and viewing the order history. Orders shipping from different warehouses or with multiple items may have more than one tracking number. They may arrive at different times based on transit times and origination. If you suspect that your order has been lost in transit or not trackable, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may initiate tracing with the carrier. Please note that it takes about 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available and trackable.
