Inkleaf offers limited shipping to APO/FPO, American Samoa, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii Customers. Orders are treated very similar to international orders. Orders are fulfilled from one of our several warehouses in the USA.
Items limited to books, music and video can be shipped to these locations, at times there may be certain item that may not be legally usable in your location. Inkleaf assumes no liability or risk and is not able to verify the usability of the product in your country.
All orders are shipped after receipt of good funds. For payments you can pay by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or JCB. If we are unable to verify payment information with your credit card bank, your order will not be fulfilled. You may be required to provide additional information via email or fax in order to complete the verification process.
In general, please follow the guidelines below to place your order:
Provide complete address information while creating your account. The address must be entered as it appears on your credit card statement. Inkleaf refers to this address as ‘Billing Address’
Provide your complete first name and last name
Provide your date of birth
Provide your Billing Phone number as it appears on your credit card statement or as it was registered with your credit card bank
Provide the customer service phone number at the back of your credit card. International orders cannot be shipped to an address other than the ‘Billing Address’.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected at checkout your order will arrive within the stipulated time frame as suggested by the method. You will be provided with a tracking number if one is available. We do not offer Free Shipping to US Non-Contiguous States And Puerto Rico.
Verification of payment and billing information is usually competed within 4-7 business days. Orders shipped via Worldwide Express arrive via FedEx, UPS, DHL or a major carrier and will reach you within 1-5 business days. Orders shipped via Ground arrive via Postal Mail, UPS or FedEx within 6-10 business days. All items shipped are insured by the carrier.
Depending on your destination of the order the carrier may charge you Custom Duties, Sales Tax, VAT or any other taxes that may be applicable in your region. Your credit card will be billed for non-payment of taxes, duties or brokerage charges to the delivery carrier. Refused shipments or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address are liable for return shipping costs and will be charged to the customer.
