Orders are fulfilled from one of our several warehouses in the USA.
While most items available at Inkleaf can be shipped to your destination, at times there may be certain item that may not be legally usable within your region. Inkleaf assumes no liability or risk and is not able to verify the usability of the product in your region.
All orders are shipped after receipt of good funds. For payments you can pay by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or JCB. If we are unable to verify payment information with your credit card bank, your order will not be fulfilled. You may be required to provide additional information via email or fax in order to complete the verification process.
In general, please follow the guidelines below to place your order.
Provide complete address information while creating your account. The address must be entered as it appears on your credit card statement. Inkleaf refers to this address as ‘Billing Address’
Provide your complete first name and last name
Provide your date of birth
Provide your Billing Phone number as it appears on your credit card statement or as it was registered with your credit card bank
Provide the customer service phone number at the back of your credit card.
You may ship your order to a destination other than the billing address at checkout.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected at checkout your order will arrive within the stipulated time frame as suggested by the method. You will be provided with a tracking number if one is available. Free Shipping promotions will apply only to products that qualify. Free Shipping orders are prioritized lower and usually take a little extra time to ship. Expedited processing or shipping is not available for items shipped via Free Shipping or Economy Saver Shipping. Quantities above 5 for any item are considered as Bulk orders. Bulk orders may take 1-2 additional days for shipment and will always ship by standard ground shipping.
Verification of payment and billing information is usually competed within 24-48 hrs business days. All items shipped are insured by the carrier. Refused shipments or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address are liable for return shipping costs and will be charged to the customer.
Depending on your destination of the order you may be charged Sales Tax.
